This work takes place inside live operations—observing service, identifying breakdowns, and correcting execution across BOH, FOH, and leadership in real time. Focus is placed on aligning labor, service flow, and daily operations so performance becomes consistent across shifts rather than dependent on individual teams. Engagement includes departmental shadowing, execution analysis, system alignment, and real-time implementation during active service, followed by structured recommendations to support ongoing performance. Initial engagement: $7,500, applied toward the total scope of work.
