Labor Compliance & Risk Management

$6,000.00

Operational Risk, Liability & Labor Systems

Focused on California-based hotel and food and beverage operations with approximately 15–75+ team members experiencing meal penalties, break inconsistencies, or compliance-related risk. This 2–4 day on-site engagement evaluates the operational structures driving labor exposure, including break coverage, station dependency, and alignment between staffing and service flow. Systems are implemented to support compliance within real service conditions, reducing penalties and improving operational control. Initial engagement fee is $6,000, applied toward the total scope of work.

Engagement Fee—

All engagements begin with a fixed on-site engagement fee.

This phase is used to evaluate the operation within real service conditions, allowing for direct observation across kitchen, service, and leadership. The goal is to identify where execution breaks down, assess operational structure, and determine the appropriate scope of work.

The engagement fee covers time spent inside the operation, including departmental shadowing, service observation, and initial analysis of labor alignment, communication flow, and system effectiveness. This work establishes a clear direction for implementation and ensures that any continued engagement is grounded in how the operation actually performs.

The engagement fee is applied toward the total cost of service.
