Operator-Led Layout & Workflow Optimization
Designed for kitchens and service environments supporting approximately 10–40+ team members across multiple stations or banquet production, particularly in new builds, renovations, or underperforming spaces. This on-site design engagement focuses on how the operation performs under real service conditions, evaluating flow, station configuration, and alignment between menu, labor, and physical layout. The result is a space structured to support execution, reduce inefficiency, and improve movement during service. Initial engagement fee is $5,000, applied toward the total scope of work.
Engagement Fee—
All engagements begin with a fixed on-site engagement fee.
This phase is used to evaluate the operation within real service conditions, allowing for direct observation across kitchen, service, and leadership. The goal is to identify where execution breaks down, assess operational structure, and determine the appropriate scope of work.
The engagement fee covers time spent inside the operation, including departmental shadowing, service observation, and initial analysis of labor alignment, communication flow, and system effectiveness. This work establishes a clear direction for implementation and ensures that any continued engagement is grounded in how the operation actually performs.
The engagement fee is applied toward the total cost of service.
